Is that not what the first prophecy said? This story takes place long after the fire and tiger prophecy, when the Clans returned to their old territories to find it untouched. Children of all the great leaders-Leopardstar, Tigerstar, Firestar, Bluestar, and Blackstar-live withing the Clans. Now a new prophecy has been told, 'Blood of old will save the Clan.' Leaders dieing in the night, and more rogues and loners then normal have inhabited the lands. The Clans are in danger of termoil and bloodlust, and yet the blood of old has not been seen.
